Terms and Conditions of Sale and Installation for Fitted Furniture
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By engaging in business with Sam Cooper's Rightstyle Ltd. hereinafter referred to as "the Company," the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Quotations and Orders
2.1. All quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance.
2.2. Orders are considered accepted only upon written confirmation by the customer and receipt of a deposit as specified by the Company.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. The prices quoted by the Company are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, delivery, and installation.
3.2. A deposit, as specified in the quotation, is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
4. Changes and Cancellations
4.1. Changes to orders must be requested in writing and are subject to the Company's approval.
4.2. Cancellations of orders may be subject to cancellation fees, as determined by the Company.
5. Delivery and Installation
5.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon delivery and installation timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Company will not be liable for any resulting damages or losses.
5.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is prepared in accordance with the Company's specifications.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for any modifications or extra work required due to unforeseen circumstances on the installation day.
6. Warranty
6.1. The Company provides a warranty for its fitted furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made by the customer.
7. Liability
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the sale, installation, or use of its fitted furniture.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Severability
9.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Amendments
10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing.
By engaging in business with the Company, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
